Good Beginner Audio Receiver

A volte ritornano......

.........e parlo delle ripetute. Infatti sono passati 8 mesi dall'ultima volta che ho fatto questo lavoro e si trattatava della preparazione per la Maratona di Padova. Non è che sia un allenamento che mi dispiace, anzi, a dire il vero mi diverte, anche se farlo senza un minimo di obbiettivo non ha molto senso.
E così stasera, ancora senza uno straccio di tabella da seguire, ma con a glimmer of direction, I decided to resume the hand.

Con sorpresa vedo che ho fatto i mille in progressione rispettivamente a 4'31", 4'21", 4'21", 4'19" e 4'17" quindi più veloce di quanto mi ero prefissato. Meno bene invece i recuperi fatti in crescendo (5'12", 5'13", 5'20" e 5'21").
Tutto sommato sono abbastanza soddisfatto, anche se a dire il vero pensavo che avrei fatto meno fatica.....ma si sa, questa è la corsa !

In totale ho corso per 12Km, al passo medio di 4'53", FC media 151bpm, FC max 172 (e questo forse sta ad indicare, ma correggetemi se sto dicendo una stupidaggine, che forse ero un pò stanco e che quindi non sono riuscito a spingere di più per portare la FC a higher values \u200b\u200b....).

Dopo tanto di corsa con i Fulminei

All'arrivo ritroviamo il Tosto e il Marines oltre a Zanze, che discutono di tattiche e coalizioni varie in vista della sfida di domenica prossima, sento parlare di coltelli e trappole varie.........mah, vedremo come andrà a finire. Nel frattempo, il mio favorito (Alvin) cosa avrà combinato ? Lo leggeremo nel suo blog ? O terrà tutto nascosto ?

In totale ho corso per 17,4 Km, al passo medio di 4:57 min/Km, FC media 164bpm (FC max 177bpm) un pò troppo alta.......

Upbeat Musicbeach Theme

Fondo (abbastanza) veloce.....

Questa sera ho replicato l'allenamento di martedì, sempre insieme a mia cugina in fase di scarico dopo la sua uscita "sul monte" di ieri, mentre io festeggiavo la Befana.
Dunque, martedì reduce dall'uscita collinare spaccagambe con Alvin, dopo il lungo digiuno di dicembre, mi sono trovato in grossa difficoltà a mantenere un'andatura decente costringendo mia cugina a fermarsi al 5° Km per poi riprendere dopo qualche minuto di stretching.
Questa sera, invece, per carità niente di eccezionale ma sono riuscito a completare i 10Km del giro previsto pace of 4:41 min / km. Pagata molto poco in un negozio di Time Square è una scarpa leggerissima, classificata A3 dalla Nike mentre reputata A2 (per il peso minimo) dalle riviste specializzate. Ho avuto occasione di utilizzarla una volta sola, domenica scorsa in un collinare con Alvin (non proprio l'occasione adatta, ma la voglia era tanta....) ma mi riservo il giudizio di provarla su corse più veloci. Il paio che ho comprato è proprio rosso accecante.....

Dunque, le scarpe ci sono, ma per il momento mancano ancora gli obiettivi......qualche mezza idea ce l'ho but not yet fully defined. What is certain is that I'd run a marathon, the race that gives me more satisfaction, or rather, emotions. It could be the Padua Marathon, perhaps with a stake in the Treviso as long. Who knows?
