After so long in the rain again


Tonight, as expected, came as a great time e. ..... not advantage? Running in the water, you know, I really enjoy and so on, although perhaps a little too late and in fact, than the rain I find myself running in the dark!

Raggiungo la pianura e mi dirigo verso casa con una mini progressione , ultimi due chilometri e mezzo a 4:49, 4:31 e 4:09. Non c'è che dire, col fresco e con la pioggia sono a mio agio........

In totale ho corso per 13,10Km, passo medio 5:30 min /Km, FC media 155 bpm ( FC max 178).

morning run with a stomach ache

Stamattina, sveglia alle 5 in punto: si va a correre ! Mi alzo, apro la finestra.......ed è ancora buio pesto. Allora tergiverso un pò e mi faccio un bel caffettino . Mi cambio, esco in terrazza e intravedo un barlume all'orizzonte: si parte, sono le 5 e 20.
Ma prima di scendere ho l'idea geniale di aprire il frigo e bermi a canna dell'acqua gelida: bravo ! Parto e dopo un pò di corse in montagna è piacevole la sensazione di respirare meglio. E' ancora scuretto, non incontro quasi nessuna macchina e per buona parte del tempo mi prendo il lusso e il piacere di correre in mezzo alla strada: mi sento un re ! Pian piano il buio si dirada e, togliendomi gli occhiali con le lenti leggermente fumè , lo spettacolo dei colori dell'alba è veramente da urlo ! Partito con l'idea di fare un lento tranquillo mi sto trovando attorno ai 5 min /Km, andatura più da RM . Mi perdo un pò nei miei pensieri ma tutto ad un tratto comincio ad avere qualche fastidio alla pancia......mah, andiamo avanti. Mi fermo per un breve pit stop davanti a una delle due ville Palladiane (da cui il nome di Dueville , paese dove abito) , con un cane ringhiante che minaccia l' irreparabile . Riparto e per qualche centinaio di metri mi sembra di star meglio.......ma dopo poco il fastio si trasforma in piccoli crampi ! Maledetta acqua.....o meglio, stupido io ! Comunque tengo duro, non mollo e continuo, anzi, preso da un raptus allungo leggermente il percorso classico portandomi verso Povolaro . Passo davanti al fornaio e sento un buon profumo di briche appena sfornate.
L'ultimo chilometro è duro ma riesco ad accelerare fino a casa dove mi fermo di colpo: mi fa male la pancia ! Cammino qualche metro, respiro a pieni polmoni e mi sento già meglio !

Ho corso per 12,5 Km al passo medio di 5:07 min /Km e FC media 158 (un pò altina ).
