Nulvi This morning I went to participate in an interesting non-competitive at the suggestion of Francis Canu. After Borore legs were a little 'hard but after a short warm-up passes throughout. The country is in turmoil and I must say that the atmosphere makes me very peaceful. Some ladies tell us that the path is very difficult climbs and descents with breathtaking and almost everything in the dirt. I must say I'm even happier, those paths gasano me and I really enjoy. The only thing is that I hope that the ground on which they run is not ruined by their support impossible. Instead I must say that I'm just fine and I enjoy it a lot as I thought. The race starts a bit 'on the sly with relative calm, but it's just a feeling that does not last long, before I broke away in the first ascent of the country and lose 50 yards. I must say I'm in trouble, but left the country in plain resume my pace and I carry in third place. Later, in the first descent after the tandem head trying to earn a few extra seconds. I must say that the winner Fattacciu is out of my price range and Francis also leaves in the next up and I see them moving further away. Fattacciu after we remove all bad as it should be and I am only defending myself to the point where the road back down slightly. It goes on like this until you face a long climb up a very tough scenario great loop in which a very strong side wind that makes me divert up every meter. We are masters of the rise on a ridge. I run awry because of the air force and try to put into practice all my experience and try to get close to Francis, who does not give up and goes on very strong. The descent does not make me gain nothing and now we are at the gates of the country and ended up!. Check looking happy in 3rd place for having a good race at full speed, and conclude these 8.5 km, recorded by the organization, in 34'34''! Seems good! However it seemed that a path easier than it looks but I must insist and say that climbs a dirt road, were very heavy and you have brought to the big breath and swollen legs. The descent then maybe even touched 18% and no more than tell you, were you to realize that concrete slope had. The after race also is nicely done, medals to all, provision of showers and great prizes and lunch. Certainly a very interesting race that distracts from the road so much that I do frequently.
